Splits Flow 💗🧘🏼‍♀️💗 I know it can be hard to know how to ‘flow’ or stretching for the splits, so I’m hoping this little collage of pictures helps you 🙏🏼. I hold each pose for 30ish seconds, do the other side and then if I’m in the mood I’ll repeat the entire flow again.
