I love to do yoga at home! It takes away the fear of working out at a yoga studio for beginners. My favorite workouts to do at home are yoga poses and routines. Yoga is an amazing way to lose weight...and I always thought cardio was the only way...WRONG! So glad I am wrong...lets start losing weight, gaining flexibility, and gaining strength, all in the comfort of our home.
