If you don't have much exercise equipment (whether you're at home or traveling on the road), resistance bands can be a great way to still get in a great workout! You'll have to get a bit creative if you want to replicate certain movements/work certain muscle groups, but many of my clients started off with just a few bands for their workout programs. Body weight exercises can be good, but they present a few potential issues: ⚠️ You may outgrow their effectiveness. For example, body weight squats will eventually become too easy if you're staying within hypertrophy rep ranges. ⚠️ There can be a huge learning/coordination curve.
