Honey  Soy Baked Chicken Thighs. Mix 3 TBS olive oil, 3 TBS soy sauce, 5 TBS honey, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 tsp ground ginger in ziploc bag.  Add 3 lbs bone-in chicken thighs and salt and pepper.  Marinate in the refrigerator overnight or a few hours.  Bake at 425 for 25 minutes skin side up, turn and cook 15 more minutes, then turn and cook another 10.

Protein shake that tastes like Wendy's Frosty! Hmmm...  3/4 cup (6 ounces) almond milk (or milk of your choice) about 15 ice cubes, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1-2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener of choice (1/4 of a frozen banana or stevia).
