HCG phase 3 Flat bread! Only two ingredients (eggs and cream cheese)

Cream together 4 oz cr. Beat 4 egg whites till stiff and gently fold into creamed mixture. Drop on parchment covered cookie sheets and bake on 325 for min. or until golden brown.

Cauliflower crust pizza and bread-sticks. (I don't add fennel and it's still good.) No flour, low carb. My kids and husband ate it too! Lots of cheese though, so it can be a bit greasy. Limit how much you sprinkle on top since it's already in the crust.
