2.9M views · 37K reactions | Easy pork chop dinner | Easy pork chop dinner I make smothered pork chops in my crockpot. | By Justine Kameron | Alright, so we're starting off with a couple of our pork chops right inside our crockpot for this super easy and delicious dinner. Now, I'm coming in with a pound and a half of sliced mushrooms that we're going to put right on top of our pork chops. Oh, show you all of those out. Yummy. This is going to be so good, you guys. Now, I'm coming in with some sliced onion. This is one and a half white onion that I sliced up. Onions are so potent and so delicious. Go ahead and get that spread out just as well. Yummy. Now, I'm coming in with the cream of mushroom with roasted garlic. This is my favorite cream of mushroom and we are just going to get that whole thing right in there. Grab our spatula to make sure we get all of that out. Don't want any of it to go to waste. I always clean up my cans if I don't show you on camera. I do it off camera. Perfect. Now, we're adding a can of cream of chicken and this is the unsalted because sometimes I feel like these have way too much sodium em. Oh, this one's going to need some help. Okay, right in there. Get all of it out. Okay, this is coming together beautifully. All my favorite things in one little crockpot. Now, if you don't like pork, you could also do chicken with this but I think pork chops are just going to be so good for this recipe. Alright, now I'm coming in with some minced garlic and I'm going to add two tablespoons of minced garlic right in there. That's a lot of pork chops so we need a lot of flavor. Now, I'm not going to add any additional salt but I am going to add some pepper to this and it might seem like I'm adding a lot but I want a lot of flavor, okay? This is a big crockpot so it needs a lot of seasoning. It might look like I'm over seasoning but I'm not. Promise. I promise you. This looks great. Okay. Last seasoning we're going to do is some paprika. And you can season this however you like. I just think that all these flavors go together so beautifully. So that's why I'm choosing them. Alright. Delicious. Now the last thing we're going to add to this is one can of beef broth. And I also did the lower sodium for the beef broth. Just you know make healthier choices. Perfect. Okay. We're going to just give this a nice little toss. Not touching those pork chops. Just touching the onions, the mushrooms, and those cream soups. Those condensed soups that we have in there and we're just going to make sure everything gets well combined. Cuz these are going to be the most delicious. The most flavorful smothered pork chops Oh my goodness. I don't know about you guys but I love a good smothered pork chop. It smells delicious. Oh yeah. Okay. That is mixed well enough. I'm going to go ahead and grab my crockpot lid and then we are going to pop this on high to let it cook. Alright, you guys. It has been three hours on high. I'm going to go ahead and turn this off and let's check it out. Oh my. It smells incredible, you guys. Okay, let's go ahead and get some of those pork chops out. Give this like a quick little mix. Oh my. Delicious. Smothered pork chops you guys. Oh. Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. Okay and of course, we have to get a spoon that we can get more of that gravy on top. More the onions, the mushroom because it wouldn't be smothered unless it was smothered, right? Yeah, that's for sure. Alright, it's time to give this a try. Oh, it's cooked so perfectly. Is it falling apart? Yeah. It's the best. Just get a nice small piece for now. So it's super hot. Don't want to eat too much and burn my mouth. That is really good. I might have put a little too much pepper but still delicious.
22K views · 338 reactions | How did i not know this crockpot dinner | How did i not know this crockpot dinner Brian L makes a slow cooker shrimp scampi dinner | By Brian’s Kitchen | So, here at the bottom of our crockpot, we are taking three of these sticks of butter. So, we're going to put this right at the bottom because we are going to top it with some shrimp. So, I did grab the shrimp that is already cooked. I'm just going to pour the whole bag in there. If I can get em out. So, you don't want to use the jumbo shrimp for this recipe because this will feed a ton of people and we are going to season it very well. So, I like using Italian seasoning for this recipe just because it has so many herbs in there. It's kind of, it's like five six herbs that's in there. You got some oregano, some basil, some thyme. So it just goes really well with the shrimp. We are going to do a touch of Cajun. Not too much but just a little bit to get the spice in there going. We're going to pair that up with paprika. So this is going to give it like a smokey flavor. So I'm going to do a little bit more than I did the Cajun seasoning. And for one last touch here I have some garlic salt. So I am using the unsalted butter. So this garlic salt is going to help a garlic and salty flavor. And last but not least we need to squeeze some lime juice in there. So this lime juice is going to cook with the butter and it's going to give us such an amazing sauce. I like cooking this in a crockpot because you can see how easy it is. You can throw any type of seasonings or any veggies that you want in here as well. But I'm just going to leave it with just the shrimp for right now. So once this is all set I'm going to put the lid on and this is going to cook on high for only about 2 hours. So this is looking ooh all the steamed. This is looking like it's ready. I'm just going to go ahead and trim my crockpot off. So you can see that all the of the butter melted and we have this nice sauce. The shrimp feels super tender so that is exactly what we want. So here I cooked some fettuccine pasta. You can use whatever pasta you want. I recommend like a fettuccine or linguini though for this recipe. You can see I'm kind of scooping it. I want a lot of this pasta water in there. Not too much but just enough. This is really going to help the sauce come along. Just go ahead and throw a little bit more of that pasta water in there. We are just going to start stirring and mixing it in. Pasta water's going to combine with our butter sauce and we're just going to have ourself the most amazing shrimp scampi dinner. And I didn't even know you can make it in a crockpot. I always do this over stove so I'm excited to see how this tastes. But at least for me I like a little bit more lime in mine so I'm going to come back with another lemon. And I feel like this citrus is really going to bring it to life especially at the end because we had it cooked lemon and now we're topping it off with some more. So I'm just going to give this one more stir around and this is ready to serve. So here for a last little touch, I'm just going to throw on some chopped basil that I have and this is just going to it's mainly for looks. It is going to add a little bit of flavor but this is looking so appetizing. I cannot wait to dig in. So I gotta try the shrimp first of course. I mean it has butter, garlic, lemon. I think it's just the perfect shrimp. Now for the noodles. Ooh. Mm. So I did leave these a little al dente so they can have a nice bite to them. And that was such a good idea. This is amazing. Mm.
941K views · 17K reactions | John Wayne's crockpot casserole | casserole | John Wayne's crockpot casserole | By Kiera's Southern Cooking | Alright, y'all. I know this is a big old five-pound bed of of tater tots but I'm not using all of it. We're just going to get us a nice little layer at the bottom of this greased up crockpot and what we're going to be making today is one of my Memaw's favorites. Well, it's after her favorite. So, you know, let me know if you know who mister John Wayne is, I reckon. I got about a pound of ground beef that we cooked with just a little bit of some taco seasoning and we're going to give us a nice layer on top of all these little tater tots and I'm going to just kind of spread it around to make sure those tater tots get a nice little beefy layer. I cheated again. I got here some red, yellow, and green bell peppers and I'm just going to I'm just going to give it a light little sprinkle on top of the meat mixture and we're going to do that the same way with little onions and so I might maybe I'll sprinkle on the onions yeah that actually work better than using my hands I know y'all hate it when I use my hands but guess what they're here alright bringing my bowl back sliding that crockpot over and I've got a 16 ounce little tub of some sour cream and I'm putting the whole thing right in this little bowl because we gotta make us up a little mixture y'all we're going to get all of that out and then I got here some sharp cheddar cheese I'm just going to call it charp cheese now y'all and we're only going to put about half so one cup yeah just one cup right into this with the sour cream and we're going to save the other cup and we're going to mix this up actually we're not mixing yet we're not mixing I forgot I need to add a little onion powder and you know you can measure always with your heart on this one. A little salt right here. Just some plain old table salt. I don't have the fancy stuff like y'all do. Pepper, Get a nice sprinkle in a pepper. Beautiful. Now, we can mix it and we're going to just kind of mix it all up to create a pretty little layer to go on top of that meat inside this crockpot, okay? Uh got this all mixed up now. Bringing our crockpot back over and now, we're just going to kind of scoop it right on top of the meat and those tater tots and all that goodness right now I'm just doing some gloves and that's just you know so I could spread it easier beautiful alright that works for me now we're just going to spread it alright and I think y'all that's going to be it for now we're going to stick our lid on we're going to you know turn it on high for about 2 hours and then we're going to stick our little cheese on get a little nice crust going and then we'll able to eat it. Alright, y'all. Let's see what mister John Wayne wants to see. Look at that. Yes, ma'am. Had to get me a spoon y'all. I don't know what I was thinking but oh yeah. Look at that. That is perfection. I cannot wait to dig on into this y'all. So, you can add a little bit of hot sauce on top or whatever you like, alright? And you all. I'm going to just throw on a little bit of tapatillo. Just some couple of dashes because I know they like it hot and I like it hot too. So, we're going to get us a little bite Cool it off because we don't like it that kind of hot and dig in.
