A Waffen-SS Grenadier in full M44 DOT camouflage uniform grabs a belt of linked 8mm ammunition for the MG42 machine gun. An excellent uniform study demonstrating the high degree of issue of camouflage uniforms and patterns in the German military during WW2. The Waffen-SS had distinctive camouflage patterns but used the same equipment as Wehrmacht forces. The lie over the years was they were better equipped. They were not.
Nazi Black Guard from 1960 is all cool and well, but I like how Machinegames approached the problem of making a more futuristic, pulp-sci-fi version of Nazi soldiers for the 1946 period. Guess Strasse isn't big on OSHA, judging they have to wear these giant lightning protectors.
