I made this post- workout Protein pancake from bits and bobs in the pantry. So easy to make and low in carb, sugar and  fat, but high in protein! 1/2 cup of oats and cream cheese, 1 egg white, 1 tsp of vanilla essence , 1tsp of baking powder, and your choice of toppings.
