Serves 8-10 Ingredients: Cinnamon buns: 32g (1 tbsp) honey 1 packet dry yeast 340ml (1 1/4 cup) milk 525g (3 cups) plain flour 1/2 tsp cardamom 55g (3 tbsp) brown sugar 60g (1/4 cup) butter Pinch sea salt Pistachio creme filling: Sprinkle cinnamon 80g (1/3 cup) pistachio creme spread Butter Pistachio cream cheese icing: 65g (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp) butter 113g (scant 1/2 cup) cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla bean extract 130g (1 cup) icing sugar 2 tbsp pistachio spread Topping: Pistachio creme spread Pistachios Method: 1.
