THIS is the BEST NO-BAKE DESSERT PEANUT CRUNCH SQUARES 😮💨 it’s giving snickers but better (via: @dadaeats) You guys know i live for making a no-bake dessert and i don’t even know what to say except for these are literally one of the most best ones EVER. crunchy, perfectly sweet, SO easy to make, simple ingredients and NO-BAKE! i hope you enjoy this recipe! Ingredients 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 1/3 cup honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 lightly salted rice cakes 1/4 cup roasted and salted peanuts, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish) 1/2 cup chocolate chips 2 tsp coconut oil Flaky sea salt to top

Serves 1. • 50g oat flour (or rolled oats, blended) • 25g protein • 1 tsp cacao powder • 160ml milk, or water • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter • 20g dark chocolate • 1/2 tsp coconut oil • Flaky sea salt 1. In a small jar, mix together the oat flour, protein powder, cacao powder and milk. Place the jar into the fridge to set for 3+ hours, or overnight. 2. In the morning, spoon the peanut butter on top in an even layer. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals, until melted. Pour the melted chocolate on top and place the jar into the freezer for 5-10 minutes to set.

Makes 14 small bars Base ingredients: 1 cup (140g) hazelnuts 1 cup (100g) ground almonds 12 large medjool dates 1/4 cup (60g) peanut butter or choc hazelnut butter 3 tosp cacao powder Topping ingredients: 150g dark vegan chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) 2 tosp peanut or chocolate hazelnut butter Chopped hazelnuts to decorate Blend all the base ingredients together in a food processor until fully combined. It should be sticky and soft with no large nut pieces remaining. If it seems dry add 1-2 tosp water (or maple if you prefer things sweeter) and blend again 2 Press down into a lined loaf tin and refrigerate whilst you make the topping 3 Melt the chocolate then stir through the nut butter and spread over the top and then sprinkle over the chopped nuts and put back into the fridge to set Stor

You’ll need: 10 dates, pitted and soaked 1 cup toasted coconut flakes melted Dark Chocolate Gems 1. Pit your dates and soak them in warm water for a couple minutes to soften. 2. Process the dates in a food processor. Add a little water if needed and scape down the sides until the mixture is smooth. 3. Stir in the toasted coconut. 4. Roll the mixture into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Flatten with a spoon. 5. Poke holes in the center. 6. Place the cookies in the freezer while you melt your chocolate. 7. Remove from the freezer and dip the bottom of each cookie in the melted chocolate. 🤍
