Spicy Salmon Bowls
10min · 1 serving Ingredients: • 8 oz Sushi Grade Salmon (I buy mine at AJ's). • 1/4 cup Japanese mayo (kewpie). • 2-3 tbsp sriracha. • 1 tsp sesame oil. • 2 tsp soy sauce (I used shoyu). • 1 serrano pepper (optional and minced, adjust if you want it less hot). • 2 tbsp scallions. • 1/4 tsp cane sugar (optional but recommended). • Sushi rice (I buy mine from my sushi place because he does it so much better than me). •cucumber, avocado, nori strips, lemon and scallions for topping. Directions: • 1.- Cut up your fish in small cubes, typically for spicy rolls they mince it pretty small but I like mine with a bit of a bite. A quick and easy dinner that's seriously so delicious! See below for recipe • Cut salmon into cubes and place them into a small bowl and add 2tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, salt, pepper, 1tsp of brown sugar, and 2 tbsp of spicy honey • Cook in the ari fryer at 390F for 5 min • Turn the pieces over and cook for another 5 min or until brown • Place ontop of rice with cucumber, avocado, green onions, sesame seeds and spicy mayo Enjoy!
