I used @themediterraneandish method for the CREAMIEST hummus—boil chickpeas, baking soda & ice cubes. BEST HUMMUS I EVER HAD! I used kabocha squash, but you could sub with another winter squash! • • Squash: 2 cups (1/2 pound) kabocha squash, cut into cubes (or sub another winter squash) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp chip
