Make the batter: Mix eggs, Greek yogurt sauce, salt, and pepper. 2. Prepare cauliflower: Cut into 2 cm thick slices. 3. Batter the slices: Dip cauliflower in batter, coating all sides. 4. Pan-fry: Cook in oil 5 mins each side, until golden. 5. Add toppings: Put on baking dish, top with tomato, mozzarella. 6. Broil: Sprinkle oregano, bake at 325°F for 10-15 mins, until cheese melts.
