Millet rotis are often difficult to roll out since they don’t have enough gluten content but this full proof technique of kneading the dough make it so much easier and give you the fluffiest and softest rotis so give it a try and let me know what you think! Don’t forget to tag @saltinall when you do 💫 Method: • Mix together 1/2cup ragi & 1/2cup jowar flour in a bowl and keep aside • Bring 1/3cup water to a boil, add in the flour mix and cook on a low flame for 2 mins • Transfer into a bowl & knead into a soft dough which should be slightly sticky. Cover & let it rest for a min of 15mins • Divide into portions and roll our rotis, too with flax, pumpkin & sunflower seeds, flatten again • Cook on a tava and over flame like you would a regular roti. Drizzle some ghee and dig in!
