Recipe 👇  For Pithi Dough  1 cup Whole-wheat Flour  1 tspn carrom seeds  1/2 cup methi leaves chopped  1 tbspn cooking oil  Salt to taste  For Dal  1/2 cup aarhar dal pressure cooked  1 onion sliced  1 tomato diced  Salt to taste  2 tspn jeera powder  2 tspn black pepper powder  2 tspn tumeric powder  2 tspn red chilli powder  1/2 lemon juice (optional)  Make dough, cut & make the pithi as shown in the video.  Heat oil, saute onions, add in tomato with salt & spices. Cook well till the spice are cooked & masala is mush. Add in the dal & mix well. Add in the pithi & boil on low heat for 15-20 mins.
