Soothing Lavender Milk Bath 🪻  •1/4 cup dried Lavender Flowers •2 tablespoons dried Butterfly Pea Flowers (for gorgeous blue color) •1 cup powdered milk (coconut milk or oat milk powder for vegan option) •2 tablespoons Lavender Hydrosol (if desiring to use lavender essential oil add 4 drops to 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil) •48 oz warm water  🌿To make: -Using a mortal and pestle, slightly grind lavender to release aromatics. -Add dried lavender and butterfly pea flowers to French press with hot water.  -After steeping for 5 minutes, press and strain dried flowers from hot water. -Add powdered milk to 40 oz hot water in pitcher -Add lavender hydrosol -Add strained blue lavender water -Pour into warm bath and soak in this luxurious milk bath as long as you wish.
