Frank currently is a Senior Prima Educator and product designer for Prima Marketing Inc. He has designed multiple best-selling paper collections and designs under the Frank Garcia and Memory Hardware brands.

Floral Hoop Art Transformation with Peach Tea Collection
Project from Veena from @magical_world_of_art_craft I have altered a hoop using Peach tea collection. This collection has beautiful floral patterns and are perfect to add in between the flower layers to give your project a heavy look. For the background I have used an acrylic sheet on which I had applied texture using soft gel mixed with mica powders. Then I build the composition by layering resin embellishments flowers fussy cuts and chipboards. #AlteredHoopArt #MixedMediaMagic
Lovely Frames made with the French Blue Collection
« Here is a set of mini frames that I embellished using French blue collection. To give a vintage look, I covered the base paper with Finnabair’s clear crackle paste and once dried I applied Boudoir pink and Manor blue mixed with water. I used the French Blue mould embellishment as the focal point and created composition using flowers and fussy cuts around it. Hope you like these! » @magical_world_of_art_craft

The French Blue collection designed by Frank Garcia always amazes me with its delicacy and versatility. The beautiful shades of blue and rouge blend perfectly together. Today, I’m sharing with you my decor that I made as inspiration. I cut circles out of cardboard and glued paper between them. There is very little time left until the New Year and Christmas and the festive mood is in the air! That's why I created a mixmedia winter phone - Santa Claus phone! I used the wonderful Christmas Market designed by Frank Garcia collection and my favorite Impasto paints from Finnabair. I made snow and frost by using white matte wax to tint the edges. -Zhanna

I have layered 2 different pattern papers to create the base.Then I added a lace trim on the right side and adhered a tag from the tag pad. I then built the composition using flowers, dies cuts, fussy cuts and ephemera elements."
