Developed by Victoria University’s Faculty of Education, it includes a range of games modules that allow users to improve their knowledge and understanding of the Māori language. Users are timed and can pit their skills against others via a scoreboard. It's available for Android on Google Play and iOS on Apple’s iTunes Store.

Congratulations to Sohail Abdulla, of Mt Roskill Grammar School in Auckland, who placed third in the Engineering: Electrical and Mechanical award at the prestigious The Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF) competition in Phoenix, USA, in May. His entry, a robotic window cleaner, even led him to being featured on US TV, including on the Fox network.

Ashburton Intermediate School’s Nadia van Vliet was the lucky winner of an iPad Mini, courtesy of Supporting Sponsor Watchdog. Here name was drawn from all INTERFACE Xpo delegates. “It’s a lot of fun – and the kids at school are also loving it,” she said.
