Tieks are in well loved condition. The outside is in good condition with normal use wear as seen in photos. I rated them fair because the leather insoles have darkened with surface cracking. The insole decorative stitching has come undone in one of the flats but cant be seen when worn. This stitching is only decorative and doesn't affect structural integrity. Plenty of life left in them.
