Workshops should not end just because the “clock runs out”. Just as you need to ramp up the team, you need to ramp down and create the next steps. So make sure that you follow the checklist to close your Workshop well. Doing so gives a sense of completion of the workshop activities, understanding the next steps to be expected, and how the work will be communicated more generally.
