It has a 5’x5’ house with a 5’x10’ run, plus the extra 5’ of run space under the house. All of our coops come with a full metal roof, synthetic pvc flooring and 1/2” hardware cloth wire. For upgrades it has one exterior side nesting box, front & back vented windows, tan water sealer and an automatic chicken door. This coop will house 16 chickens comfortably. The total height to the top is about 6’ and the run door is 5’ tall. We do not use plywood, osb or T1-11 in the construction of our coops. The treated wood will not rot, but it will still absorb water and sunlight. So all of the wood needs to be water sealed, stained or painted… just like a deck or fence would need to be. If you do not choose to have us water seal, stain or paint your coop you will need to do it after the coop has been delivered. If you would like us to water seal, paint or stain your coop and frame it is available as an add-on for an additional fee. *All Kentucky residents and/or any in person Kentucky payments and pickups must pay 6% sales tax* These can be made in different sizes and shapes.
