I added lemon wedges, garlic cloves, thyme, and savoury inside the cavity, and added extra seasoning (garlic powder, seasoning salt). Use drippings instead of added butter. Elevate on chopped potatoes, so that you get a tasty side dish. Poke holes in the duck too. Could use smoked paprika instead.
