September 2013 Book Club Selection. Set in late 1938 after the crash of the Depression, this book promises a VERY clear look into the lives of the rich in the bustling city of New York. A slow read, but worth it for the ending. It also brought on a lot of discussion among group members on our own "Rules" to which we were raised. A historical fiction true to the times, there were a lot of thumbs up for this read. Make sure you brew a whole pot for this one - you're gonna need it.

If the Most Interesting Man in the World worked retail, he'd work at this toy store. Plus historically-accurate Jesus and Ronald Reagan! And in a semi-alternate universe, they fought aliens.
