Pizza can be healthy and fun to make when you make it at home and use the right ingredients! Use whole-wheat dough to get in your fiber and grains, reduced fat or part-skim mozzarella cheese for calcium & protein and low-sodium (maybe home made?) tomato sauce for tons of vitamins & minerals including lycopene. Top with all the veggies you want and ta daa! A fabulous fun meal
Rocky Road Cookies OMG not enough adjectives to tell you how good these are! 100 Stars! If you need a chocolate fix this is the cookie! I substituted walnuts vs the almonds and put in 2 cups - I think I could have put more. Recommends sticking in freezer, which you want to do or else you get a more crisp cookie vs the gooey goodness these are. My last batch I put the marshmallows directly in batter vs on top and thought they were great! SUCH A GOOD COOKIE and chocolate overload!
