Add liquid egg whites to a large mug (*must use liquid egg whites–separated whole egg whites will not mix smoothly with the powder) 2. Mix one scoop of casein slowly into the eggs, about a 1/4 at a time, until all incorporated and lump free. Cook in microwave 1.5-2 minutes
