The project, Runner-up at the last Europan edition by Oblò - officina di architettura with Filippo Pasini and Lorenzo Santosuosso, interprets the four proposed sites as case study areas to test a wide range of strategies, potentially leading Zagreb to a comprehensive rethinking of its relation to the Sava.
