Loaded Potato Salad 3 lb red potatoes jar Hellman's Real Mayonnaise bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup shredded colby-jack cheese 3 green onions, sliced 2 tsp kosher salt tsp black pepper. Yumm.. But replace the mayonnaise with sour cream
MADE IT: Egg Potato Salad: used what I had at home, had to use regular mustard and green onions. Also added in some red bell pepper. Liked the tang, just felt it needed a little sweet too. Maybe some honey next time.
