Stuffed Plums--Wrap pitted plum halves in foil. Roast at 450 degrees , cut side up, until soft, about 15 minutes. Let stand in foil 5 minutes. Whisk goat cheese, a drizzle honey and a splash nonfat milk until creamy. Spoon into plums. Top with chopped toasted pistachios.
