Indo-Persian kard dagger, Persian (Safavid) watered steel blade, 17th to 18th century, Indian (Kutch) mounts, 19th century, straight single edged blade tapering towards the point, the gilt-copper hilt and scabbard's mounts with deeply carved floral decoration, the sheath covered with green velvet, 14 3/8in. (36.5cm.) long.
