During World War II, a group of Northwestern Aeronautical Corporation employees assembled up to 15 wooden gliders a day in St. Paul, Minnesota and played hockey in their spare time. Their team photo in our archives is archivist and avid sports fan Elizabeth Borja’s #hockeyseason find.
