Railroad bridge Cotter Arkansas My granddad was an engineer on the White River Branch of the Missouri Pacific. My uncle was a Fireman and Brakeman, my Coffee uncles and dad worked for them briefly. Cotter became a town through the efforts of the railroad. I still like to hear the whistle and hear the rumble of the train as it moves through my town many miles away .
