Stippled Roses - Elegant Congratulations

Hello stampers, Earlier this month, I told you my favorite swap cards were the Black & White cards & for some reason this set just screamed for me to make a card using those 2 colors again. I started with a layer of Basic White Cardstock where I stamped the roses from the Stippled Roses Stamp Set using Memento Black Ink then added a layer of Basic Black Cardstock.
