Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce. Yum! This is the kind of pasta I discovered at the Grande Lux Cafe in Las Vegas (sister company is Cheesecake Factory). Now I can bring Vegas home. It's so delicious and fresh. It does take 2T of olive oil and I sauté diced onions in the oil for a bit before tossing it all together in the pan.
