I have tried a lot of these and this is my favorite. I used tahini instead of peanut butter, 1/4 tsp garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, and 1/2 tsp ground ginger instead of fresh ginger. I also tried it before I added the honey and I liked that too so I'll probably do that when I use it for the 21 Day Fix.
