St. Elizabeth of the Trinity (1880-1906)...  She became a French nun and religious writer.  Pope John Paul II beatified her in 1984, and her best-known prayer is "Holy Trinity Whom I Adore."  Blessed Elizabeth of the Trinity is a patron of illness, sick people, and loss of parents.  She died from Addison's disease in 1906.
