I checked this book out at the library. It's about a woman who opened a small grocery store in Water Valley, Mississippi. And later opened a little breakfast/lunch service inside the store. I hope to do something like this some day. The recipes are all southern, my comfort food, and health to boot. I plan to try all of the recipes but make them gluten free when applicable.
