GLASEADO DE COLOR. OTRA RECETA. calentar 150 cc agua con 300 g glucosa y 300 g azucar. Hervir 3 minutos. Pasar a un bol. Agregar 200 g leche condensada y 24 g de gelatina sin sabor hidratada con 90 xx agua.cuando funda la gelatina unir 300 g de chocolate blanco y el colorante. Pasar un micer para homogeneizar. Enfriar.
