Quick Crispy Taco Bites

Thinly slice 2 red potatoes & divide into 4 stacks. Between each slice add a layer of GOODFOODS Artichoke Jalapeño Dip. Place potato stacks on an oil sprayed baking sheet. Top each potato stack with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt, pepper, & dried parsley. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
