Healthy cookies that I just made so I promise they are delicious! 1 1/2 cup dry oatmeal 1/2 cup almond butter(which I made homemade w/no sugar...super easy) 1 egg 2 egg whites 4 TBLSP honey 1tsp of baking powder 1 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract(optional) 1/2 to 1 cup flavored chips of your choice but I used butterscotch & semi sweet chocolate chips. 350 degrees for 15 mins. Enjoy these yummy cookies without the guilt!
