Jackie's Nachos El Grande: I'll start from the bottom & build up the ingredients for you. Tortilla chips, top w/colby or mild cheddar, melt in microwave or oven, cooked meat of your choice (hamburger, pork chops, grilled chicken, ribs, etc). Chopped curly lettuce, black olives, tomatoes. Drizzle with Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing made from the packet. Do not substitute any other kind of ranch, it won't be the same. These are the best nachos I have ever eaten, thank me later. ~JC
