Homemade Carrot Crackers! And my 2 year old loves them! 2 cups carrot pulp, 1cup flour, 2Tbs olive oil, 2Tbs milk, with salt and pepper to taste. Blend in food processor then knead on cutting board adding flour until no longer sticky. Roll out & cut into desired shapes then put in oven at 350 for 15 minutes a batch.
