This computer-illustrated L-Block quilt was completed on Electric Quilt software. I haven't made this arrangement into an actual quilt yet. This is an "original" arrangement, meaning I came up with it without seeing anyone else's similar design, but it is so simple that I'm sure hundreds of others have come up with a similar design.
