Coeur D'Alene GC, Coeur d'Alene, ID - worked for Disney for 22 years and the course is better manicured than both parks - Orlando, or Anaheim. The green is massive and can be moved from 95 to 200 yards, but averages about 145. Yep, missed it both times I played it. Driving range is into the water with floating balls. Lovely place.

At the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus course at the Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita, one hole is on an island 200 yards offshore ♠ re-pinned by http://www.countryclubsinflorida.com/

Coeur d'Alene - drove through, spent the night here, but didn't get to sight-see unfortunately. It looks beautiful! One day!
