1961 Chevrolet Corvair 700 sedan, this was GM's response to the VW beetle. It as truly innovative with a rear mounted, air-cooled 6 cylinder engine. It was later replaced by the more powerful Monza and the sports model Corsa, both of which were later singled out for their safety hazards.
