Candice's Low-Carb Chocolate Fudge Cookies - made with protein powder. This is probably the most legit protein powder recipe I've made.  It had the texture of a real cookie with the richness of real chocolate.  I used coconut oil instead of butter, and used stevia in the raw instead of splenda.  I think next time I'll use a Paleo sugar source instead of a sugar substitute...the Stevia aftertaste isn't the best, but overall, pretty darn good!
