Basic, easy recipe. One large bunch of rainbow chard, chopped up. Sautée in bacon drippings until soft. You can add in garlic, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, onion ect.. Place in a square dish, add cheddar cheese on top, as much as you like. Add about 8-10 eggs, again, as much as you like. Bake in the oven about 30 or so minutes, watch to see the top is cooked through.
