This girl has some serious technique!Good power grip, excellent kuzushi (love the little right leg sweep, like an Ouchi-gari) and tight tsukuri!   So, if you think Judo is not good for self-defenses… think again!  I love how she just slams his face into the ground!   Judo confirmed 100% street.Side note: I have been thrown on my head before. It is very unpleasant. I do not recommend it.
