Died of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle during combat patrol operations in Huwijah, Tamim Province, Iraq.
Army Pfc. Trevor B. Adkins, 21, of Spring Lake, North Carolina. Died July 8, 2012, serving during Operation Enduring Freedom. Assigned to 978th Military Police Company, 93rd Military Police Battalion, Fort Bliss, Texas. Died of wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit in Maidan Shahr, Wardak Province, Afghanistan, with an improvised explosive device.

Died in Sarobi District, Afghanistan, of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle.

Died of injuries sustained when his vehicle was struck by enemy rocket propelled grenades in Wali Kot District, Afghanistan.

Honoring SGT MAJ Joseph J. Ellis was KIA in Anbar Province, Iraq 7 years ago today. He was SGT MAJ of 2/4 at the time of his death, just months away from retirement. He previously served at 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion and 1st Force Reconnaissance Company. Please help me honor him so that he is not forgotten.
