Caramel Puff Corn....To Die for!! 1 (8 ounce) bag puff corn 1 cup butter (do not substitute) 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup light corn syrup 1 teaspoon baking soda Bake at 250 for 1 hr. stirring every 15 minutes....totally worth it!!
Pecan Pie Bread Pudding. I used to travel a lot for work and every city I would go to, I would order bread pudding! Yum! It is one of those comfort foods I will never tire of. My Grandma Sly made it the best using stale bread, eggs, cinnamon and sugar.
