It is seriously so annoying when people say I don't need to "lose weight" well excuuuuse me for trying to be fit and healthy. Just because someone works out doesn't mean they are trying to lose 100 lbs people, I do need to workout and you do too!

Daily Calorie Calculator- this is actually a pretty decent one. Also remember to subtract for losing weight regardless of activity level. Remember that adding those percentages is for everything to work as it should and maintain, not lose weight.
